Time-Varying Contour Trees

Description

The contour tree is used to compute the topology of isocontours, generate a minimal seed set for accelerated isocontour extraction. The time-varying contour graph (TVCG) is an extension of the contour tree to time-varying data visualization, where graph edges represent temporal correspondence of contour components. The TVCG algorithm automatically computes such correspondence given two or more volume functions/fields.
